Delivery & Pickup

Fromagenie is a dedicated website for our Singapore customers only. Our deliveries are managed by our delivery partners.
As all our confections are freshly made and contains no preservatives, it is advisable not to make any changes after the order is placed.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders above $100 for single date delivery (effective on 14 Dec 2020). Flat shipping fee $8 will be charged for all orders under $100. You will receive a SMS and WhatsApp messages as soon as delivery is on its way. 

Do be advised that once you have collected your order or the delivery has been made, we do not allow any returns in the interest of food safety. 

You may contact us in advance if the date you wished to be delivered is not available. 


Delivery Info: 

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the West Region of Singapore, Sentosa and Campsite due to manpower and logistic requirements. We do not allow for any selection of specific timings as our courier service optimizes their route according to location, which would explain the reduced cost in delivery.

Our delivery schedule is as follows: 

Odd Days (Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun): 
Central and East of Singapore

Even Days (Tues/Thurs/Sat):
North, North East and East of Singapore

Your order will be delivered based on your chosen delivery date. To keep delivery prices low for you, the delivery timings will depends on slots availabilities. We seek your kind understanding.

3. Can I change my pickup/delivery date?
It is advisable not to as all our confections are freshly made and contains no preservatives.

5. Do you do same day deliveries?
We do not offer this service for now as all our confections are baked-to-order.

6. What happens if I miss my delivery?
In the event that your delivery address is incorrect or missing information and we're unable to contact you, our delivery partner will hang your orders outside your house or pass it to the condo security guards. 

As all our confections are freshly made and contains no preservatives, we will not re-deliver the same product.
